Smoking

All bedrooms and public areas are non smoking and governed by English law. These regulations are subject to penalties if not followed.

We have two smoking area's one to the rear of the building and one at the front.

Anyone found smoking within the guest house may be charged £100 to return the room to it's original smoke free state.
